Was on a business trip hence did not use any facilities of the resort as in pool or the game room The room which I stayed in 102 well could do with a coat of paint The rod to hang clothes was broken in the cupboard Breakfast is served between 8.30 - 9.30 asked for omlette which is not in the breakfast menu but they prepared and gave it to me Their kitchen closes by 830 so if you want food after that you have to order from out mind you there are no restaurants within walking distance from this resort One good thing is that the AC works very well and one always gets hot water for a shower Special mention to the staff Mani and anothe gent whose name i cannot get I wanted to travel out of town and at 6 pm Mr Ganpaty booked a bus ticket for me Since the bus was stopping about 5 kms from where the resort is he was kind enough to drop me to the stop at 10.15 pm in his car he went beyond his call of dudy to drop me to the bus stop The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable A piece of advice please ensure you have your own vehicle Uber and olas are unherad of and ricks are few

Varuna inn resort is located in ECR before mahabs. This place is very well maintained. The swimming pool is very clean. The staff were very friendly from front office to house keeping. Only drawback now is the restaurant is not functioning. Otherwise this place is very good.

Stayed here for 1 day with friends and we had a pleasant stay..This is my Second time to this resort. Good service, rooms were clean and well maintained. Good hospitality, food was good and at normal price. Would recommend this resort.

Decent budget resort. Food is good. Children and elders can spend time in the pool. Beach is reachable with 10 minutes walk. Totally 21 rooms are there. Since they have less number of people to serve, we need to order 40 minutes before. Complimentary breakfast was very good

i checked in on 23rd DEC 2019 for one day, the resort is very good , clean , sraffs are very good. only problem is they dont have proper room service,very delay, no proper breakfast, whatever they makes you have to eat that , they dont have buffet in weekdays, weekdays they will make two items and that two items you have to eat even if you dont like, funny part in breakfast they dont have breads, in egg only omlette, no poach or fried egg which is very simple to make, for north Indian or any foreigners they need bread and egg types if they dont like pongal and idli, only pongal and idli is served two days along with omlete, for my kids there was no breads in the resort. The resort is very nice and natural beauty, now if any guest wakes up in the morning and takes natures fresh walk and wanted tea in the morning he will not get till 9.00 am , the staff says service will start by 9. 00 am , i ordered simple dal and rice for my 2yrs old child and it came after 1 hour after i repeatedly called up the kitchen .They give tea in a pot without a cup and saucer, again they will bring the cup, they served my chilli chicken in my room without any plate spoon and fork , , again you have to tell them to get it. very less service experience . The most bad part is they dont have bread or any fruits like banana for weekdays breakfast, at least , break , banana , egg ( omlete , poach, fried egg ) must be there or any canned juice ( if fresh fruits juice are perishable as per the occupancy ) along with what ever items they make , they will say only idli pongal is there . The rooms are clean , resort is nice , Pandian and gokulam is a nice person .they helped us a lot . anyhow its a mixed exprience, next time if i travel there i will carry my bread and banana or apple
